So I really don't how to use my blog that well. I changed my back ground and then all my Friends contact disappeared. How do i get it back???? I know I have to type them all in but I don't remember how. My old co worker helped me and now she does not work here. Can any one help?

The first time I changed backgrounds I used a site that wasn't truly compatible w/ blogger & the same thing happened to me - I lost pictures & everything. Couldn't get it back. -Did you backup/restore a copy before you changed backgrounds? (an option on the 'layout' 'edit html' tab)? If so, upload it back, If not, you may be out of luck.
The best place to get a new background from is http://www.thecutestblogontheblock.com/ You add it just like a page element, so it's in the background and doesn't mess up anything! First you have to change your current layout to a blogger option one of 'minima'. (the instructions are on the website - click on 'free backgrounds' link. Good luck :)
And don't forget you can change your font colors to show up better... click on 'fonts and colors' in the 'layout' tab. You'll see a text box to scoll down thru with choices for title color, link color, etc. Play around with it!

To type them all back in there are two options, both on the 'layout' tab. Click on 'add page element', then choose 'blog list' or 'link list'.
